If you can not trust somebody that you are working with, why would you work with them? I think trust is the number 1 concern when choosing a Realtor to represent you. I believe that with out trust there is no way you can believe that the Realtor is working in your best interest.
How do you developer Trust? Prove your self over and over again.
How long does it take to develop Trust? Forever. You can trust somebody immediately, but doubt, is trusts' enemy. You must always work to maintain the trust factor.
